Different cargoes take up different amounts of space. The calculator uses the cargo type and quantity to choose an approximate vessel size for the estimate.

We estimate the voyage
Sailing time, port time, fuel, port costs, any canal toll and current market figures are combined into one rate in US dollars per tonne.
What it does not do.
Treat the answer as a starting point, not a quote. It cannot check whether a particular ship fits each berth, and it does not include every commercial cost or delay. Confirm important decisions with your broker or port agent before fixing a voyage.
